For starters, I've already spent a couple of hundred grand, and expect to spend much more. More importantly though, I've fighting the feds not just for me, but for the entire industry. If I win, we ALL win. We have to defeat these guys before they get a few convictions under their belt, because then they'll have justified their campaign, and will push ahead with more prosecutions. Don't know how much simpler I can put it brother.

Max, we all applaud your efforts to fight these charges regarding material with only consenting adults participating. But I find it diffucult to see why YOU do not take the stand and defend yourself and your content. Yes, it is your right to remain silent. Could it be that if you testified under oath then a guilty verdict would be almost a slam dunk.
Also, do you agree with your attorney that content like that of CHILDSUPERMODELS .com deserves the same protection as sites with consenting adults?
Why are you not willing to take the stand and defend YOUR content and the industry?
