I'm sure he's still got the multi-million-dollar home in the hills and the sports car(s). That's why I have a bit of a tough time justifying sending a few sheckles his way; if he was broke and down on his luck I might feel differently.
If I was engaged in business that had the potential for legal issues, I'd have long been saving a war chest FOR legal fights simply as a standard operating procedure.
