I'm too lazy to take a look. What is it?

I don't know much about it, but I can't imagine how much different it can be than all of the other social networking sites out there.

I can see this going one of two ways, either A) People will be so intrigued by the fact that it's "private" that they'll try like crazy to get in to something "exclusive"...or B) No one will give a damn because there are at least 100 other social networking sites out there that offer the same options but aren't nearly as snobby.

I prefer option B.
