Well that’s not considered a payment. She should have politely declined to use it and gave you a reason. She shouldn’t have yelled or bitched at you.
You wrote it as a favor to her site. i.e. freelance writing. If you don’t get paid you’re not an employee.
Maybe this is why they have the thread “reviewers needed.”
I can’t believe some of those people write 20-25 reviews a month and don’t get paid for it.
