I think Burg summed up the use of Accutane perfectly. I had a friend who used it and it worked miracles for him. I was actually shocked to see the drastic, positive change. If only all cure-alls worked so effectively. Only side-effect he suffered besides dry skin was brittle hair. He would always wear a ballcap, and one day he noticed that he had literally been snapping the hairs at his hairline. He ended up just buzzing his head for the duration of the treatment so he didn't have to deal with it.
