Quote: HOLY MOTHEFUCKING SHIT. Wow she's a deep cutter too. Gotta give her props for enduring that pain.....wow what a sick bitch, obviously needs meds and not the illegal ones.
Damn that is fucking sick. That will stay on her body forever, and she isn't that bad looking either. Everyone knows what that is when they see it, even if you're not up w/cutters, you know that is not from a car accident. How many times can she wear gloves, especially living in Calif? Sad actually.
I didn't intend to pull things off-track bringing up Katie after Brandon mentioned "cutters". In seriousness I wouldn't consider people that self-injure as "sick" or stupid - it's just a physical symptom pointing back to mental turmoil. It's usually girls, and they do it for all sorts of reasons. Some people who cut have had a traumatic experience, such as living through abuse, violence, or a disaster. Self-injury may feel like a way of "waking up" from a sense of numbness after a traumatic experience. Or it may be a way of reinflicting the pain they went through, expressing anger over it, or trying to get control of it.
The urge to cut might be triggered by strong feelings the person can't express — such as anger, hurt, shame, frustration, or alienation. People who cut sometimes say they feel they don't fit in or that no one understands them. A person might cut because of losing someone close or to escape a sense of emptiness. Cutting might seem like the only way to find relief or express personal pain over relationships or rejection.
There are entire books written about it so I've only scratched the surface, but bottom line if a girl is beautiful she shouldn't be doing it. Only kidding. Now, on with the show.
