We need laws and we need rules or else there would be mayhem running through the streets. Not every law is right but our country is the best in the world giving us more rights than many other countries. If the industry regulated itself, then the government wouldn't be cracking down on it. Max was warned many times but he didn't care. Everything happening to him now is happening because he brought it on himself.
