Look what the Alliance Defense Fund would like, to attack
any porn in your home or hotel/motel!
An adult pornography producer will spend part of his future behind bars.
Paul Little, also known as Max Hardcore and founder of Max World Entertainment, was found guilty on October 3 and sentenced to prison for 46 months for distributing obscene materials by mail and over the Internet, according to The Tampa Tribune. Pat Trueman, special counsel for Alliance Defense Fund, is pleased with the sentence.
"And what this sentence indicates to me is if the Justice Department would just bring a mere ten cases a year, it would put fear in the pornography industry," Trueman contends.
Susan Bucklew, U.S. District Judge, ordered 50-year-old Little to pay a $15,000 fine on behalf of him and his company.
"Imagine if the Justice Department would go after the cable and satellite industry. They're bringing hardcore pornography into the homes of many Americans, and that's illegal," Trueman adds. "What if they went after the hotel-motel industry for the hardcore pornography that they offer to their consumers? That's all illegal."
Trueman believes that, just as in the Tampa case, many juries would put pornographers behind bars, but so few are actually prosecuted.

Darrah, this is not about MAX, they are after PORN, there were no rape/abuse charges, I'd have a little more respect for you if you stood up and defended his right to make Porn but demanded answers to the allegations of abuse, but your agenda is clear, you don't care either way.
What problems are you gonna find with Staglliano, maybe showing chicks with fat fine ass is too extreme, when will it be enough for you?
And yes the fools I posted about want ALL adult porn removed.

And about abusing women, why was not Max charged with rape/abuse? These are charges based on the ability for
consenting adults to make extreme porno, you either can't see the difference or are too dense to understand what people are trying to educate you on.
If the government had abuse.rape charges, then by all means go after *THAT* but leave what consenting adults do in extreme porn or any type of other Porn alone.

Acceptable porn is porn that everyone involved knows exactly what is going to be done and not forced in any way and thrown at them the last second. And that the girls are not strung out on drugs which cancels out the knowing exactly what is going to be done.
Porn will never be illegal because the government makes too much money from it.
Keep on voting Democrat and this won't be happening to regular pornographers like John Stagliano. Under Bill Clinton's administration, he mostly went after child porn.

I'm all for extreme porn and watch it sometimes. There is extreme porn and then there is Max Hardcore type porn.

Many of the women in Max's video were either forced at the last minute or so strung out on drugs which makes it non-consenting.

As her attorney I'll speak to this. My client considers 'acceptable porn' as husband and wife laying down for procreation after careful planning by wife and having determined she's ovulating and stewing at the right temperature. Wife lays down and the man covers her in a sheet up to her neck with a hole cut near her genital area for the act to consummate. The man is free to kiss the woman. The woman is free to read a book or even just go to sleep. Due to the graphic and violent nature of sex, a video camera trained on the act would not be allowed and so the video would be of a closed bedroom door that the camera is pointed at for the duration of the act, leaving it to the viewer's imagination what's actually going on inside. The involvement of the imagination is where my client feels the real erotica exists - "erotic enough" to serve most prurient interests.

If America is so "free" why can't you buy porn in Ohio? Fellatio, gay sex and masterbating and porn are illgal in that state - and a couple of others?
