Hopefully Fishbein will be one of the people that's finally forced out of the biz due to the economic restructuring the industry will likely have to go through. Who knows maybe he's a good guy to people that know him but whenever he's on Howard Stern ahead of these events, he's absolute death - an annoying tool time and again with each appearance.

The "annual AVN awards" seems like it's always just been a scam to kick back companies that buy ads over the year. There's a long history of great productions being ignored/overlooked for "awards consideration", especially some of the bigger name gonzo co's, simply because they didn't buy ads and rightfully so.
