Er, maybe. One of my college roommates is a big-time M&A wheeler-dealer. Several years ago he got volunteered by the firm chief for pro-bono on a capital murder case. Huh? Some guy is facing the chair and he gets an M&A specialist 15 years from his only exposure to this, which was a textbook???

One other thing: if you are in court do NOT bring your cell-phone. If it beeps the judge may go nuts.

obHumor: several years ago a car alarm went off and could be heard in the court. When nobody in the courtroom goes out to shut it off my dad sent the bailiff out to find that car, shut off the alarm, and bring in the owner before the bench to "explain". A minute later the alarm turns off and the bailiff escorts the culprit into the court ... my mom.
