Can she? I've not been involved with the wrong end of the criminal justice system myself, but I seem to remember that in Texas bail can only be made by a licensed bondsman. So she'd probably have to pay a bondsman the entire bond, in cash, up front, plus whatever other fees and expenses the bondsman would incur if she forfeited again.

I'm a little surprised that none of these judges has thrown in the towel, declared her a flight risk, and denied bail, or at least put her on a very short leash with no travel rights.
