in all seriousness did you ever talk to her on the phone again (assuming this isn't all a big BI joke). If so how did she explain herself? Hard to imagine that someone's in the biz almost 20 years and has made thousands of booking calls, knows all the little PW tricks and can smell bullshit a mile away, is somehow 'duped' by mommy's lil' misfit PW. I'm assuming that fronting the flight cost pays off often enough that the occasional flakes are just cost of doing business?
