There was a place in PA where I used to eat lunch that would sell you a "heart stopper" for around 2 dollars.

The heart stopper is a hot dog wrapped in bacon and topped with chili and cheese (in my case also w/ sauerkraut, and sometimes ranch dressing as well). The hot dog and bacon part might have been deep fried, I don't remember.

I haven't eaten a hot dog in 5 or 6 years.
