No, we are not.

The "asstard" who ordered her banned was the site owner's wife. Reflect upon that for a moment. Then reflect upon the term "owner." If the Gov't tried to shut down Darrah's blog, then there would be a First Amendment issue. But on someone else's forum, one's ability to post is solely at the discretion of the site owner.

FWIW: Darrah wasn't banned for the preposterous shit she posted, but because she managed to turn every thread she visited into a discussion about her...
