Could have been worse, but sure as hell could have been alot better. The domain names maxhardcore.com, catalinaxxx.com and pissedonpornstars.com have been taken over by the DOJ. Max will have to turn himself into prison in a few weeks and we now have to come up with a shitload of money to file the appeal which apparently has to be done within 10 days. Fucking rediculous, at any rate our new domain name is MaxHardcoreTV.com , and is up and running. We could use your support and would appreciate you stopping by the tour and possibly picking up a membership. We have continuous updates that span the entire length of Max's career, and tons of material in the can that will ensure future updates while Max is in the bighouse. Paully

Thanks for posting that information. Do they plan to use the sites to collect names/IPs and possibly make sales leading to arrests? I'm afraid to open any of them now, even just to see if there is an announcement.
There are likely hundreds of g-men emailing around passwords to the old material now.

Considering how fucked over the economy is about to become it will probably make better election fodder for the DOJ to go after the subprime lenders and other Wall Street shenanigan sources than to go after the porn business. They will definitely get more media exposure and probably less people bitching about the Fed wasting their tax money. Land of the free, it's a bit of a joke in reality. I'm not a Max fan either, but he's been stitched up like a kipper by the authorities.
From the pov of a non American, the place looks like shit compared to 10 years ago. At one time I would have jumped at the chance to live there, but now it's a sinking ship from every angle.
Don't worry about the pornographers, it's your banks and the religious nuts who'll be the ruin of the place forever - which is a total shame.

I believe Max because he has the follow up interviews on tape after the scene is finished where the whore is all smiles as he's handing her the check.
It's kinda hard to beleive a whore's claim of abuse when she's on camera moments after said "abuse" took place and she's all smiles and stating that she wasn't forced to do anything against her will.

I don't believe any of the girls were raped. I've seen too many alleged victims lie about it though...usually in high profile cases, such as this one. Allot of his girls were repeat performers. Truth be told, Max's work wasn't even that bad. I watch porn much edgier/controversial than his. I guess they just wanted to make an example of him. On to the appeal.
