Considering how fucked over the economy is about to become it will probably make better election fodder for the DOJ to go after the subprime lenders and other Wall Street shenanigan sources than to go after the porn business. They will definitely get more media exposure and probably less people bitching about the Fed wasting their tax money. The right wing may raise a shit fit about porn but just about every eligible voter is going to raise a shit fit when they get their latest 401K statements.
