I should add that I worked at a strip club that was prosecuted for collusive practices, so I have some experience with the subject. The club owner and several nearby owners got together and agreed on setting equal prices on drinks and covers. One squealed and the matter never even went to trial. Together the four indicted club owners ponied up around $2 million in a settlement.
