Obscenity is prosecuted by the Justice Department. Restraint of Trade is prosecuted by the FTC. You're comparing apples and oranges. If there's hard evidence of collusive practices, it's an open and shut case. Obscenity involves value judgments and community standards and is an entirely different matter.
