The trial court made an *enormous* expansion in the concept of "nexus" here. If it stands, any manufacturer (or distributor) in the country can face criminal liability in any jurisdiction based on the actions of a downstream seller.

For example, I understand San Francisco has a law against plastic grocery bags now. Let's say a bag manufacturer in Ohio makes grocery bags including plastic ones. Assume they ship nothing to SF, but their web site contains a list of distributors with links. SF Police follow that link to a distributor in Georgia, order plastic grocery bags, and file charges against the manufacturer in Ohio...
