Well, yes, if you don't consider four years in the Federal Pen as costing him anything.


And don't think for a minute that this judge was "on his side." I don't think anyone following the trial could possibly come to that conclusion. My guess is that she's hedging her bets against the likelihood she gets reversed for allowing the Government to play only portions of the charged titles instead of proving that they were obscene "taken as a whole."
