if she OD's but "not quite" and there's frontal lobe damage or maybe partial loss of mobility, i could see the show going on to cover her deductibles. even if she were bed-ridden, they could wheel her out, one eye open, lower the microphone and she could turn her head and say a few words. why not? call it.. the injured but courageous face of America(tm).
