Let's see, modern porn has been around since the early 70's and over 100,000 titles have been made to date, not even including scores of internet scenes. So far, no such tragedy has occurred on a porn set. Virtually all such tragedies take place when someone alone in a room engages in the practice and there is no one to get medical help.
