I read that between the tourette's outbursts, I already knew about that off-camera incident, read about it either here or on Luke's site so I didn't see the reason to comment but now that you bring it up again:

If true I don't understand why she freaked out so much in the Meatholes scene? I use to think it was possible that scene was staged but Gia says otherwise and she has no reason to BS.
