Its a famous dealer ploy......sell rocket fuel grams at way below your competition prices….almost pure, not the stepped on garbage.....so when everyone is hooked on your shit....and your competition has all but withered away.....start selling high.....this is naturally the reverse process of what is explained above. Where they are over paying for “talent”.
