1. Choking someone against their will is highly illegal and I would advise you not to do it.

Depends how long the person is without oxygen to the brain. A few seconds like in the UFC, one will wake up and be disorianted. Longer exposure, like in a stroke/CVA, and the person will suffer brain damage, have necrotic(dead) brain tissue, and could eventually die.

However, I enjoyed when my exgirlfriend would block her own airway with the head of my member. I miss her!
