I have to say that I was surprised by Obama: There was actually some substance there for a change. Didn't necesarily agree with it, but it wasn't the usual platitudes.

Having watched it at a Union Square Bar, I've also decided that I don't dislike Obama as much as I dislike some of his supporters.


Also, someone in another thread posted to the effect that the debate costs ~$5 Mil of taxpayer's money. This is actually incorrect. The debates are sponsered and produced by the Commission on Presidential Debates, "a nonprofit, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) corporation." They get their money from a variety of donors. LIST



And Panzer, you have to be a citizen to vote.
