No, it's not happening with my phone. My phone is most definitely NOT synching my contacts, emails and calendar through google and the airwaves.

If you don't have a problem with the concept (and you being a Puerto Rican I can understand you feel your personal information is valueless) then have at it. You save 20 dollars, get a half-assed I-Phone and Google gets your entire list of contacts, your calendar, your task list and a chance to scan and record your browsing activity.
