Brooke Banner was in an episode of Californication this past season, Lil' Cinderella was the girl in Boogie Nights who OD'd on bad coke and according to Bree Olson's Wikipedia she was in an episode of Keeping up the Kardashians recently as a nanny who was fired on the first day (if you consider that acting). Other then that I can't really remember any other PW make a smash debut on the Silver Screen or otherwise.
