Tried closing out/getting rid of my box. I sent the keys and notary signed letter. Because I'm a dumb whore, I didn't send it certified mail. Now Wa Mutual has no evidence that I sent the keys/letter to them. Now they're requesting I spend $200 opening the box to get my stuff out to end this whole tirade.
