I totally hear you-- and this is a big concern of mine. Keep in mind that these images are more along the "artsy" line-- for example when they're posted in full galleries for the site, they'll all be in color with no weird filters. I'm thinking of having a separate gallery for my "artsy" pix-- nobody may visit that gallery, but at least it will keep me interested in my work. I will be doing sets that are also more mainstream glam, as well as more natural stuff. And of course, I'll be shooting b/g and all of that. This is my take on it as well -- who would have subscribed to an adult paysite when there was no strokable material inside?

Instead, I bet you could market some of these as adult/fashion/edgy stock photos, and let mags and promoters buy them for that use.

Let's keep in mind this is only one shoot for my site, and it's the very first one. As I've said, there will be a variety of styles, and I'm definitely shooting hardcore. Plus I didn't post up any of the explicit shots, such as this one:



But I appreciate feedback, negative or positive. Though I also take into account that there are all types of audiences, and I don't expect to really appeal to many people here on XPT. Most of you wouldn't join Suze.net either, but we've managed to maintain a pretty successful site for 10 years now. But I think it's important to pay attention to people's reactions when trying to build a new site. After all, I do want to try to do something different, yet still appeal to enough people to be able to support my website.
