Honesty. I don't give a fuck if you look at porn or are into some kinky shit. Just don't lie to me about it. I'm cool with anything as long as there is no bullshit about it.

Cleanliness. Clean up after yourself, shower daily if not twice daily. Brush, floss, scrape your tounge, brush again, and then rinse. Dont be a packrat, thats bullshit. If you dirty up the toilet clean it before I get in there. And please flush and put the seat down.

Healthy eating habits.

As far as looks go, I prefer dark haired, tall usually over 6 Ft. Weight doesn't matter as long as above is followed everything should be OK. Irish heritage is a plus.

Above all, they should have an amazing sense of humor, not ming being made fun of sometimes, and have ambition and great communication skills.
