I have a lvl 26 orc warrior and the game has gotten fucking boring. I can't do instances cuz I suck at tanking, quests are repetitive and and require long walks and I can't find decent one-handed axe. Should I start with a new char, farm a bit or blame Bush?

Why did you make a warrior your first character? I made that mistake- changed to shammy and hunter and never looked back. Make a hunter, once you get past level 10 and get your pet it is so easy to level. When you get to 70 you can then make other characters and have the hunter to farm for money with which to buy them nice things to make their leveling easier. Also you can now get your mount at level 30 for less gold.

Thanks man. I made me a night elf hunter and things are looking good. I don't have a pet yet but shooting the monsters with my bow is much more fun then choping them down with an axe.

I'm a WoW addict. I have five L70 toons and I've leveled every other class to at least L35. Warrior is a poor choice for a first toon to get acquainted with the game. The two easiest classes to start with would be a Hunter or a Warlock. The downside that both that classes are very popular so getting groups will be more difficult than if you chose a tank or healing class. For me warrior, rogue and mage were the hardest classes to start up and level as a solo player. Most classes don't really start to become fun or shine until you hit L35 to 40.

Blizzard just lowered the level for getting a mount so traveling gets alot easier once you hit L30.

If tanking is what you want to do then expect a bumpy road that will require you to learn more about the mobs, instances and all the other classes than any other role you could pick in the game. You'll be expected to mark mobs, orchestrate the pulls and hold aggro.

Yeah Hunter rocks once you get that pet at 10, plus the changes coming in the expansion look to be fun for hunters, well at least beast master hunters. I have 2 70 hunters, a shammy, warlock, rogue and druid at 70 and another shammy at 65. I don't do instances and get most of my endgame gear through BGs but if you have any questions about anything other than instances i will try to help as well.


One suggestion- change the thread title of this thread to World of Warcraft thread, so as to avoid people coming in thing there are some hot titties in it

Btw: Is Burning Crusade worth it? I'm not sure if I want to get it now, because I've not finished exploring all the content of the original game yet.

If you like the way the game seems now , then yes BC is worth it. It allows you to go to outland at 58 in order to level to 70. Play a little longer w/o it and make sure you enjoy the game before buying it. You probably won't need it before 58 unless you want to make a blood elf or draeni character anyway.

That kind of stuff is on RP realms where people will study the lore/quests in the game in order to role play their character in interaction with other players. RP realms are also where the ERP and Furries guilds exist.....now if want to see weird go seek out a furries guild on a RP realm if you can find one, they are usually low key about it since blizzard allegedly disbanded and banned a good number a couple years back who were openly recruiting in game and through online forums.

Most players play on NORMAL or PVP realms and interact the same as people here do in party, whisper and guild chat. You might look specifically for an adult guild with age requirements of 18/21 years old and on for membership to lessen the crap.
