or break it into 20 minutes 5-6 times a week. I find I get very little accomplished if I lift hard after about the thirty-minute mark, but others clearly have success with less-frequent/longer sessions. It really depends on how far your gym is from you at the end of the day, you can get a lot done either way, the important thing is just going and doing some work.
