who cares really? i would assume that eli is going to do the same deal seymour did when he handed his agency over to lisa ann...namely joel gets all eli's girls and eli gets a percentage of what the girls earn or a flat fee for the entire roster. i doubt joel is giving up any control of his organization to Eli.
