The only two perfomers who can be described as "extreme" are in teh same bracket: Belladonna and Sasha. When it comes to "extreme" performances there really is no question between those two and its Belladonna. The only other possible "extreme" performer is Dana. What the likes of Alexis Texas and Penny Flame are doing on a list of extreme performers boggles the mind.
