With Obama I worry that he's so green to National policy and politics that he'll flounder at lot at first as various aides assert their own agendas. Obama is likely to turn a 6.5% unemployment into 8.5% before he settles in. McCain won't have as steep a learning curve and the ride won't be as bumpy ... but it's better to suffer a little more at first to avoid the wackos.

McCain may have been hoping there wasn't enough time for voters to figure it out before the election, but it looks like she's a clone of Bush on moral policies, and that she actually believes in it. Even a sharp recession sounds better than four (or more) years of that.
