Max deciding to do "European Only" editions was one of his downfalls (and I imagine at the behest of shitty lawyer Jeffrey Douglas from the sound of it...sounds like one of his crazy legal loopholes that usually fail or aren't necessary).
By claiming somethings too out there for US law isn't the way to go about in an obscenity prosecution; you're basically admitting from the get go that your product violates obscenity laws, or somehow that the standards in Europe are so much more open that US ones (which is basically true). Does it really make sense to argue that US obscenity laws are so vague and weird but totally admit a standard that you knowingly challenge in your video title?
In my opinion if Max really feels its his "artistic" vision and creativity on the line against unjust speech laws, he should release one single version and stick to that.
