I think Bush's handlers remember the flap his old man took getting us into Somalia in the last weeks of his Presidency and want to wrap up as much as possible before January 20th. I could be wrong, but I think the suggestion that either Bush or McCain wants to start another war is as alarmist as those who still insist Obama is a muslim.
