Starting with the Judge's ruling allowing the Government to play portions of the charged titles rather than play them in their entirety, thereby improperly shifting the burden of proof to the defense. Having said that, though, her clear animus makes it almost certain she won't grant him bail.

Hell, the bail issue alone might take a year or more to appeal. Anyone remember Don Siegelman?
