Considering how the judge shit all over the trial procedures despite numerous protests from the defense attorneys, I'm pretty sure Max is going to have a strong appeal.

Man, I hate the way he's getting railroaded. The whole thing is just disgusting. The DA asks the distributor to give them copies of porn that aren't even for distribution in Florida, gives them immunity and then charges Max. Why the hell is that even legal? That sounds a ton like entrapment to me.

And everyone else on this forum that slags Max, you're idiots. Some of his stuff is vile, true, but if what he does is illegal, what's next? Is anal going to be suddenly indecent? How about double penetration? Maybe splooging on a girl's face will strike their ire next?

Max needs a change of venue, a non corrupt prosecuting attorney and a judge that is able to do their duty without his or her personal feelings coming into play.

And fuck the current judge. She took an oath to be fair and impartial when she took office, and she shit all over that oath in this case. I hope she gets leprosy of the anus and lives with it for a long, long time.
