then by that account schools that teach safe sex don't have an unplanned pregnancy rate?

I find that hard to believe
I think kids are taught the values of their parents and the kids (especially teens) make a choice if they will follow or not.....

I graduated from a school that taught us more about birth control than my mother and doctor combined.....guess what we had teenage moms and moms to be by graduation time..
