That company's datacenter is in a skyscraper office building ringed with offices with floor-to-ceiling glass windows. During Katrina, a few of the windows broke, so they spent some time trying to block them off. They are not in an underground bunker. I am sure if their building was in the direct path of a hurricane, all of their planning would be moot; instead, they are just doing the best they can.
