Given the character issues that seem to surround porn producers, why don't people like Brandon instead invest their money in companies outside the pornography business.
There are plenty of successful people in the adult industry. If you are with the right people, you will do well. If you are with the wrong people, you can be wiped out.
I don't borrow. I don't steal. I don't fuck people over for short-term gain. If someone tells me to turn in a movie, I turn in the best movie I am able to produce. It becomes an exercise in frustration, however, when after years of producing work that ostensibly sells well, you are given checks that don't allow you to produce even one more movie.
That didn't make sense to me then and it doesn't make sense to me now.
I've only heard about the basketball court, horse stables, Bentley, etc. that exist in Bell Canyon. If it was earned honsetly, that's truly something to celebrate. We should all be so lucky.
It all starts with a level court.
