I like Lara Coxx actually! The girl on the cover is Bianca Biaggi - she initially caught HIV when she worked with a transsexual - she then passed it onto Darren James who in turn passed it onto Lara, Jessica Dee and Mereisa Arroyo ( who is the only one not in here ) I think double anal was involved in all transmission scenes - lots of girls worked with Darren who didn't get infected
