I considered going into real estate, but the market is such shit in L.A., I attend open houses I like to study their bullshit techniques. I have learned hardwood floors, french doors and stainless steel appliances bring up the value of the house. I have a preference for craftsman homes and spanish ecclectic. But streamline/art deco homes are super chic.
