i don't know if you give a shit, and i can't say for certain, but i'd be careful with that around your budgies. burning candles, using aerosol, air freshener and lots of other stuff can make your birds drop dead, and the smaller they are, the more they are in danger. you might want to check to make sure that stuff is safe. soy candles or beeswax candles are totally safe, by the way.
