Actually I didn't get that on a first impression. I realized there was either something very wrong with her or she was just naturally born like that. Actually, Goddess Bunny was the first person that came to mind, and apart from her (or his) polio, she's perfectly fine.

The part that really blew my mind was when she started laughing hysterically and her facial expression remained the same.
