Actually I didn't get that on a first impression. I realized there was either something very wrong with her or she was just naturally born like that. Actually, Goddess Bunny was the first person that came to mind, and apart from her (or his) polio, she's perfectly fine.

Mobius is rare and pretty easily identified, the mask-like face and lack of eye movement is unnerving. I saw a Learning Channel or whatever documentary on the syndrome.
