Edinburgh for sure. It's more suited for tourists and is a good size to walk around and see lots of 'foreign stuff'. Scotland's Kyoto, compared to Osaka or Tokyo if that's any help.

Glasgow is probably 'earthier' and has better nightlife, more cosmopolitan and is rougher round the edges.
