This is the same for me. I think the guys should wear condoms during the actual sex but they could take them off for the facials or cumshots in the girl's mouths ( although this still has a small risk of HIV transmission if the girl has bleeding gums )
I guess guys might prefer not wearing condoms for the times in between scenes in case they have to walk around all day on set with a condom on, or else keep changing condoms - it might make it more difficult for them to "get wood"
